This privacy statement covers the site the Websites published and maintained by the subsidiaries of Spectrum Group International, Inc., a Delaware corporation, which are collectively referred to as “Spectrum,” or the “Spectrum Group.” Spectrum takes the privacy concerns of its customers very seriously. We have created this Privacy Policy to let you know what information we collect when you register with or visit our Websites, why we collect it, and how it is used.
 
This Privacy Policy explains the data collection, data security, and use practices of the Spectrum Group’s Websites, including Spectrum Numismatics International, Stack's Bowers Galleries, Teletrade, Greg Martin Auctions, A-Mark Precious Metals and Collateral Finance Corporation ("Website"), H.R. Harmer, Spectrum Wine Auctions, John Bull. The terms "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the customer utilizing our Website. The terms "Spectrum," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Spectrum. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and made a part of our Terms and Conditions, which governs your use of this Website in general.
 
By using this Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This is our entire and exclusive Privacy Policy and it supersedes any earlier version. Our Terms and Conditions take precedence over any conflicting Privacy Policy provision. We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. What Information Is Collected?

In order to provide the most convenient experience possible for our customers, the servers on the Spectrum Group’s Websites also automatically receive and record information from your browser on our server logs when you visit our Website, including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you request. You can set most web browsers to inform you when a cookie has been sent to you and provide you with an opportunity to refuse the cookie, or generally not to permit cookies and other types of automated data collection. However doing so will impact critical functionality and user experience. Automatically collected information is not linked to a user's Personal Identifiable Information.
 Our server automatically collects data about your server’s internet address, known as an IP Address, when you visit a Spectrum Group Website. Your IP Address is used to help us identify you and gather demographic information, but does not include Personally Identifiable Information
 
How Is The Information We Collect Used?
 
We use Personally Identifiable Information to support the products and services offered on our Websites, notify you of technical updates or changes in policy, and to deliver other customer services. Spectrum does not rent, sell or share Personal Identifiable Information it collects about you to with third parties outside of the Spectrum Group without your permission except as noted in the previous section. However, Spectrum may disclose Personal Identifiable Information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) protect and defend Spectrum's rights or property, or (2) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Spectrum users, our Website, or the public.

We may use third parties to help us operate our Website and deliver our products and services, and may share Personal Identifiable Information with affiliates, service providers and other third parties to provide products and services for or through this Website.
 
Right to Opt Out

You have the right to “opt out" of certain of our uses of your Personal Identifiable Information. For example, at the time you are requested to provide Personal Identifiable Information on this Website, you may have the opportunity to elect to, or not to receive correspondence from us (either on our behalf or on behalf of an affiliate or third party). The Security of Your Information
 
Spectrum will take reasonable steps to protect the security of all Personal Identifiable Information provided to this Website. However, due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that information, during transmission or while stored on our system or otherwise in our care, will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others. Spectrum operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and Privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers. Spectrum protects the security of your information during transmission by are encrypted by VeriSign w/ “VeriSign Class 3 Extended Validation SSL” certification. The connection encryption is at least “TLS 1.0, RC4 with 128 bit encryption (High); RSA with 1024 bit exchange”. Credit card information stored electronically is only accessible by authorized individuals. It is stored encrypted in our databases which are also secured and only authorized individuals have access to those servers. We will have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors or unauthorized acts of third parties during or after transmission.
 
Email
 
Spectrum seeks to avoid sending unsolicited bulk email (spam). Spectrum sends email messages to customers who have provided us with their email address and have elected to receive mailings. If you opt out of promotional emails, Spectrum may still send email messages related to your purchase of products or services.
 
Legally Compelled Disclosures
 
We may disclose user information to government authorities, and to other third parties when compelled to do so by government authorities, at our discretion, or otherwise as required or permitted by law, including but not limited to in response to court orders and subpoenas.
